Welcome to another episode of Thriving Thursdays! Today we’re talking about the five major causes of food cravings.

The holidays are rapidly approaching which means ’tis the season for temptations and indulgences. If you’d like to make it out of 2020 not feeling like you want to hibernate for another year now is the time to start being mindful of how you want to approach this season. The good news is, you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help!

If you’re just relying on willpower alone to not give into your food cravings that is super challenging! Today we’re discussing five major reasons behind your food cravings. Identifying where your food cravings are coming from empowers you to start coming up with a game plan that aligns with your goals when those cravings arise.   2. High Processed Food
  3. Deprivation or an Imbalanced Diet
  4. Boredom
  5. Habits
